This IR supports my gut feeling about a wrap around below Patterson, then Winthrop in an even more precarious situation. IMO

Im not sure if I would evacuate to Winthrop as advised in OCEMs alerts.. Feels like herding people into a bad logistical situation. Once you go up Hwy 20.. No exit.. Geez!
