The quick response by the firefighters, when there were starts all over the place, saved the day. Also, the quick reporting by the Lookouts helped pinpoint where the resources need to get to.

Now at least we have rain on the ground and the valley has cleared.

Both Blue Buck and Puckett Creek now show as contained

Martin Cr. up near Foggy Dew/Crater Lk.
.25 acres. Jumpers on it. Heli called.

Multiple starts are being called in. There is at least 1 and maybe 2 near Carlton. Smith Canyon is one. A local reported a helo dipping a bucket into the river across the street from the Carlton Store and then heading west.

Omak also reporting starts and engines responding. Time to keep eyes open for any starts in the valley today.
