Excellent conditions today on the Community Trail. One thing I don't get however, is why do skaters run over the classic tracks, when there is a wide platform. They must be going for the long glide and don't give a, about classic skiers, or they just don't care for the classic tracks being there. It causes a lump at each crossing.

I wanted to share what I have just discovered with the Methow Trails grooming report. Certain trails may not be fully groomed even though the report says it's been groomed. The little i icon is for additional info and it gives the percentage of grooming of the trail. And the map might be able to be correlated with the location of the percentage but I haven't figured that out yet. So, going on a trail that says 100% almost guarantees a wonderful ski experience.
