As your article from August points out Chris, the cases just started hitting the courts in October. The Michigan case is on appeal and used different legal strategies than the Colorado case which is, 'more developed'.

By shedding light on these court cases, voters are able to be better informed of the circumstances of Trump's candidacy, they can see for themselves that he crossed not just one but many lines that our Founders laid out. So it's worthwhile to keep this in the news cycle rather than hide it away in Trump's bathroom or closet.

Been tried, didn't work. But thanks for support keeping Trump in the news cycle as that seems to benefit his fund raising. If he is reelected you will know that you did your part to make that happen.

"Ahead of the 2022 midterms, the group sued to remove U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor-Greene and then-Rep. Madison Cawthorn, both Republicans, from the ballot over their support for the Jan. 6 protest. The judge overseeing Greene's case ruled in her favor, while Cawthorn's case became moot after he was defeated in his primary."

This is the case that is 'more developed' and the nuances of the Amendment's wording become fascinating. Of course with the existing indictments that delve into the step by step actions (planning even before the election, using the courts in the 60+ failed cases, the fake electors operation and idea that Pence had the power to set aside the verified state counts and then the last effort of the insurrection, Trump's efforts were much larger and better planned than the one-day event of J6. And as Liz Cheney repeatedly pointed out Trump sat back on J6 and did not act for hours to try and stop the mob.

This is an uphill battle, mostly for the reason that this is the first time where this nation has seen a sitting President play this role.

Interesting case about Guilty donnie’s possible disqualification from the Colorado presidential race. Closing arguments included some interesting history…
