House sitting volunteer

My tiny home in Winthrop wont be done before it gets very cold..my little borrowed Scamp trailer isnt cold weather hardy. Anyone need a house sitter for Dec-January or Feb? I am a 30+year fair weather valley resident , excellent references, No kids, no pets, no smoke..
I would like to stay in the Valley and work on the inside of the new place, but can't unless i can find warm shelter, and maybe help another by watching their home.
