Re: Warning about cyber attacks in WA state

In the context of Article 5 in NATO, a cyber attack that affected Europe and/or the US could be contemplated as an act of war by Russia. NATO & the UN are both putting out statements that they will review any attack on a case by case basis, but consideration is on the table. Article 4 also leaves that door open for review.
Ukrainians are putting up a valiant defense of their country, reports flowing in that Russian troops, tanks and aircraft are running low on fuel. German is commiting to send stingers and anti tank missles in which is exactly what the Ukrainians have been asking for. On the ground the people of Kyiv have taken down the street signs so that the Russians will have a hard time navigating through the city. Huge crowds of protesters line the streets of Russian major cities.
Europe & US have agreed to disconnect Russia's major banks from SWIFT just this afternoon.
Sure looks like Putin bit off more than he can chew. With all that said, he has two dangerous options that no one wants to see him take. But he is getting cornered. Here's hoping he doesn't opt for either a cyber attack or a nuclear attack.
