Local beef 1/2 or whole

We are selling locally raised beef to sell every fall. We need to know months in advance so we can save back the steers to butcher. We can sell grass fed or grain fed. We use local organic brewers grain to finish these steers and all the grain fed animals reach high choice or prime grade. If you cant use a 1/2 you can partner up with a friend and split 1/2. We butcher in November so need orders in advance to start finishing the steers. Most all our herd is black angus but do have a few Herefords too and all are born and raised here in the Methow on our ranch. We feed orchard grass and alfalfa hay that we put up ourselves to help finish them during winter months.
We do all the processing right here in our own custom meat shop which is certified with the Washington State Dept. of agriculture. All the processing is done by professional butchers with many years of experience. All the meat is cut to the customers request and double wrapped and labeled.
Our 1,000+ acre ranch is here next to Twisp up Lookout mountain road. The meat shop is here at the main headquarters. Tours of the meat shop and ranch are welcome.
