Thor Fire update:
Thor fire is located near Round Top Mountain on the Colville National Forest 5 miles East of Sullivan Lake WA. Caused by lightning it was found on August 13, 2022, around 1600. Due to hazardous environmental factors and location, the fire is being managed indirectly using heavy machinery, hand crews, and other resources. Thor fire is about 7 acres in size currently. It is on the North-West aspect at about 5000 feet elevation on a 75% slope.
