I voted for Obama when he ran the first time. I sent him this letter and received no response. I find him guilty and to be condemned to hell.

For my Christian faith, cannabis is the cornerstone of my prayer. Created by my God, and bearing seed that is viable, I must concur that not allowing for religious medical use is a crime against humanity. I suffered from this crime at the VA Hospital in Spokane, WA as security and nurses tormented and beat me down forcefully injecting me with Haldol causing me to go into a seizure. While chemically restrained with a torn mouth from personnel needing to forcefully open my jaw and get my tongue out of my throat, my cannabis in my pocket was taken from me and never returned. I went months with no medicine and lacking an ability to meditate and commune with my God. Cannabis Rights must be restored in this Nation so Veterans like myself can seek medical treatment in VA Facilities and remain medicated with cannabis. I have often pleaded for anything even a synthetic like Marinol in order to bear the pains of life without my sacrament. For this, you have the ability to move forward with Medical Cannabis to be used for VA Treatments. I am not necessarily saying raw flowers like so many enjoy. I need to grow them myself to stay in good graces with my lord. I need pharmaceutical grade hemp oils in capsules to alleviate the pains of my cervical spine degeneration. Thank you for your time.

This is a letter that I wrote that is being used in a court case in The Washington State Supreme Court

I am a Shaman. When I tell you this I mean that I have traveled to the spirit world many times for healing purposes. In my quest for truth and communion with spirit, I discovered "Cannabis Sativa" a mild hallucinogen which eases me into the spirit realm rather than throwing me into this place dazed and confused. My mind expands intoxicated on this plant and my muscles relax relieving excruciating pain in my cervical spine where my discs have degenerated to scar tissue leaving bone grinding on bone where there is any movement at all. This time when my brain strain relaxes and my pain is relieved, is like Nirvana to me. I can hear the call of the wild spirit in the wind. I can see how separation from our Planet Earth Mother has left humanity soulless and ill. ...And God Jehovah created all things and said they were good. This includes the universe and all the natural things in it. Next Man and Woman grew up and ate the "Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil" also referred to earlier as Cannabis Sativa. Now man and woman for the first time face death and destruction. Now their innocence has been lost forever and their sin is carried on in their descendants for all generations until the arrival of the Messiah. Then they die and their children will die. All of this because of a plant that Man and Woman craved more than life itself in their ignorance of death.

Now I say unto you, give truth to the Father Jehovah as he speaks to me. He is my Heavenly Father as Jesus is his Son and my Savior. The Nations of the world are doomed for not one will give heed for the need to spread the seed of the hemp rebellion. For as Jehovah has forgiven me through Jesus, those that turn from the seed will not know him and have everlasting life. For without the seed how can a man know good and evil. Without this knowledge a man will never know He that has created man and all living things. "Grow Cannabis for prosperity", said the angel choir seated high before the Lord. Those that do not hear this 13th Commandment and deter those that wish to prosper in my grace will be abolished into the fires of hell. The war against cannabis is a war against the creation of all that is good. All plants have a healing power if only to be discovered. There is a plant for every ailment of the soul. Cannabis is good medicine, good food, good oil, good fiber and good spirit. Tristan Bryce Gilbert is a condemned man destined to die in his sins. But he strives to do good and obey the commandments of Moses and the two commandments of Jesus. Now Tristan Bryce Gilbert is to declare to those that will listen that the 13th commandment and the last commandant before the coming of the Lord has been prophesied and given. In these evil times Tristan will be deemed an idiot and insane. It is an evil government that will enslave the black man and decimate the natives. Now there is a new threat in the evil of this government, a cancer against God.

I lost this court case because of the corruption of Okanogan County Courts. I was never given my day in court. My friends lifes were turned upside down and their lives nearly destroyed. My fight continues...
