Right, shooter not in danger. Listen to Tim Walz and the mayor of Minneapolis. Powerful speeches. Trump says the guy got ran over and is in the hospital. Lier, lier and Kristi Noem too. The video tells the story as do the bystanders that were there, boots on the ground.

Hard for the shooter to argue he was in danger of being ran over when he shot her through the side window... when the Honda Pilot was going all of 6 mph.

He freaked. Rather than tires, it's more fun to shoot someone in the head. It's an amazing shot, that he could have hit her, huh. But this is to show that they will justify any action. There will be more deaths not only because of ICE.

A big line was crossed here. HuffPo has video of a physician trying to cross the street to get to the victim and ICE agents blocking his access.
Anger is palpable. She was a neighborhood observer, alerting her neighborhood to the ICE presence. The Fed'l law that protects agents is not met by this incident. Close analysis of the incident from various angles of differing videos clearly shows that she had turned the wheels of the car away from the first agent and another agent standing off to the passenger side was about 2 feet away from the car's bumper. She was shot in the head 3x which left her no longer in control of her vehicle.
The agent could have shot her tires out, she was unarmed. Inside her vehicle pictures show children's toys.
